On-One Pompino is a pretty obvious choice. They don't sell them any more at On-One/Planet X but I'm sure there's plenty of used framesets available for cheap. The default curved fork looks pretty ugly, but with a straight fork the frame looks pretty nice.
Cinelli also makes their version of the Mash Work, it's called Cinelli Tutto and should be quite a bit cheaper to buy in Europe.
And of course there's also the old aluminum Mash SSCX frame if you still manage to find one for sale somewhere or second hand, it's a lightweight frame with lots of tire clearance and optional canti studs.
