Should I buy a hardtail MTB in today's market?
As many of you probably already know, bikes are in high demand right now. Almost all the stores I called have zilch, nothing. Local used bike ads show similar results. Its so nice out and dammit I wanna ride! But I'm also really frugalish and want to save the little money that I have when buying a bike. Should I wait for prices to go down and will that even happen during the summer?
I've seen a decent 2021 xtc giant bike listed on pinkbike in my area, its going for $1000 when MSRP of the bike is roughly $700. No upgrades, but I'm assuming its priced that way because of scarcity.
