Even Apollo even had to issue a notice for Phantom stems snapping due to using the wrong type of material. For the Burn-E issue people are speculating they used the wrong type of alloy or they aren't properly heat treated due to how they broke. But they shouldn't have been aluminum anyways for something that heavy with poor suspension geometry. Some of their aluminum stems are showing stress cracks like this one. Pure Chinesium.
