The solder joints are at the very tip of the glove fingers usually past the point my fingers reach. Only my ring fingers intermittently make contact when my hand is fully open. I ordered some thin walled copper tubing to make crimps which will eliminate that problem. Once I test if the connection is physically strong enough it will be time to make another pair of gloves. The most time consuming part is installing the heat loop, lots of double sided fabric tape.
