>>148305790s rigid mtb is fine. Don't buy anything new at 300, but if you're willing to go to 500 you have some good options.
Kona Dew Plus

Make sure to get the right size, if you buy from a LBS they will be able to size for her.
If you buy a rigid 90s mtb, here's a good sizer
https://www.ebicycles.com/bicycle-tools/frame-sizer/mountain-bikeBut the sizes there only apply to mountain bikes not hybrids, so if you go with one of the bikes I listed which are all hybrids, let the LBS tell you what size.
Another anon said not to go with hybrid. If you were at 300 dollers I would agree but at 500 dollars I disagree. That said, some "hybrids" are more of "comfort bikes" or cruiers and they are absolute trash. So if you do go with a hybrid, go with one of the ones I listed, and do not let some tranny LBS employee faggot try to persuade you to go with some other faggot-tier trash "comfort bike" or whatever, no one under 85 years old should ride a "comfort bike" aka the bad type of hybrid.
