far more likely the hanger is bent, not the derailer, unless you've already tried bending it by holding the derailer.
That's easy to fix with a derailer hanger tool, or have a shop do it.
If the derailer is infact bent, a decent used 7spd replacement should be easy to find, or pic related new is also cheap and good.
don't replace with a 9/10/11spd 105. It won't work well.
