Guilford, which became Pan Am, controls both Maine Central and Boston & Maine (which still exist on paper, so Pan Am can pretend it's a series of shortlines, and not actually a Class I), and yet we get these God ugly colors. Not to mention that whole ridiculous "Pan Am" getup. There's no relation except for the name. Meanwhile, B&M and MEC had some of the most aesthetic diesels of all time.
