I was considering a cable lock with an alarm, but after watching a few videos of people cutting them in a single snap with bolt cutters or even wire cutters, I'm looking at one of these. They seem more secure and pack up compactly, but their weights start at 700 grams for any decent length.
Is there anything that balances weight, security and peace of mind better than these?
