Fukushima caused over $100 billion in losses. US nuclear plants are protected under federal law from having to make payouts in excess of $13 billion because shills know the real risks, and they lobbied the shit out of regulators so they wouldn't have to bear the responsibility. Ask yourself why no insurance company will cover the full cost of the next nuclear disaster. And yes "next" not "possible" because the likelihood is basically 100%. It's just a matter of when and where.
