As long as it's not severely undersized and going to contribute to knee problems. I now realize I didn't post the original link but it's actually posted at $350 and needs a $15 bike registration if I want to avoid $100+ ticket.
Not set on a fixie at all but I stick to flat roads here and would just use it around town.
