Let's say I'm a grad student at Waseda's engineering campus. Which train line will give me the least unpleasant commute? Fukutoshin has the closest station to campus, but chuo sobu and yamanote open up a lot more places to live. Fukutoshin also has long transfers at the major hubs? I've heard bad things about Seibu and Tozai (although if I'm reading the data correctly the worst of the crowding is coming in from Chiba).
