This is the most up to date photo of my 26" rig. It is a "do anything bike." Here it is in off road touring form. Right now, it is SS with 1.75" slicks and a dyno lightset for commuting. Soon, it will be 27spd touring set up, maybe throw some Nobby Nics on there for ultimate schralpability.
I love these frames for their versatility, general durability, and low cost. That being said, if you want to do serious mountain biking, get a modern steel bike the Troll (26") or Ogre (29"). Hell, if you've got the money, bang out for a Rivendell.
