>>1910343>>1910347>>1910354Appreciate the advice, I'm definitely not dying to get it now but probably will if it feels good on a test ride. A lot of it is the difficulty of finding a 60cm+ bike here, and I only need a beater anyway for commuting and delivering food. Don't need gears but I'm not a serious fixie guy so the track geometry does not excite me.
Guy said he thinks it's a 63cm. I know it's different but I had a 62cm Trek domane once that felt like an upright beach cruiser. $600 but too high theft risk. So this seems like a sweet spot of functional but not expensive (again, even this is $800 new here).
If it's just a slightly nicer Dawes that fits I'd be happy. I'm not Mr cool guy riding it hard everywhere, so if the toe overlap and geometry is a lot worse than I'm used to I'll pass. I'll double check the fork and see if it's been crashed, thanks. I did get hit by a car on the Dawes but my lbs said it's looks ok
I thought the kilo TT is regarded as a solid bike for the price range. What is a comparable bike you guys recommend instead? I got an old Specialized Langster Frankenstein bike for cheap that I could prioritize.
