>>1946948You need to get your hand on some drop out alignment tool and it should be an easy fix, check the material of the lower part of the fork if is steel you're golden if it's alloy you should be extra careful adjusting them but you should be kinda ok. You can find videos on how to made such tool but since the bike was free you can spend some bucks for a tool that allow you to ride it.
