If a new bottom bracket size comes out, they have the tool for it by the next season at the latest. But for general hand tools (non-bike-specific tools), they're just not good quality, ESPECIALLY for professional workshop use. They'll introduce new tools that aren't needed, and are just dumb designs and/or poor quality. And then clueless people eat them up because they're "cool special bike tools". Pic related are the dumbest fucking screwdrivers I've ever seen. It's also plain to see that the quality has gone down in recent years.
