If anything I think Erhiopia-djibouti line can actually be said as a success due to how pragmatic both countries with the project, the speed of which it was built and how the line already transported millions of dollars in good from ethiopia to port in djibouti. Meanwhile Kenya's own chinese rail project (which is much grander and served less purpose) is still languishing behind.
