If possible I'd like to keep the price down because theft is always an option. I ride it everywhere so it's often locked outside for long periods of time. You never know. Not looking to buy a $3000 bike.
Measurements: Average height skinny male. 5'9~6'
Use: My bike is my main and only means of transportation. I don't drive. This includes my daily commute (around 9 miles), groceries, errands, going out, basically anything I leave the house for.
Must haves: Splash guards and a rack (for a side pannier).
