>>1331644I think you're onto something, but plenty of mid-rises (4-7 stories) get built. It's probably the most popular structure lately and I'm glad to see they've made a huge boost in population density, given a lot of life to formerly-dying places.
But I think from here out we need smaller infill with more personal touches. And for that we need to minimize red tape so small developers can step up. Fourplexes, Sixplexes, rowhouses etc.
