Basically on a road bike, you don't want your hoods to be aft of the axle or it messes up your handling. Basically i'm just saying there's room for a shorter stem.
Your bike looks like it has a LOT of reach.
But maybe you just have a wierd body.
If however, you default to riding on the circled hand position (a good hand position, sure, but shouldn't be the default) as opposed to your hoods, I think you'd be better off with a ~20mm shorter stem.
