So, I got a gravel bike about a year ago. It's been fun, but the more I ride it, the more my neck hurts... almost as if there has been a cumulative effect among rides.
I haven't quite had the time or budget to get a proper fitting, but I wanted to try reversing the stem first. Sounds easy enough... right?.
Problem is... this bike is fitted with a dynamo and lights. The lights are on the handlebars, and the cable is routed internally via the fork and then out through the stem. The stem has little holes for the cable, but only in one side... meaning that, if I reverse it, I'd have to route the dynamo cable externally and my fork does not have supports for that.
Any suggestions regarding a stem which might work here? I guess I could get rid of the light for now, but I rather like it since I usually ride among traffic so it's a neat safety thing to have.
Also, how to deal with this neck pain? It really bums me out. My neck gives out before my legs do.
