I got pic rel for free. Heavy piece of shit. It's practically unridden, the kenda tires still have the filaments on them. But it's been left outside, the cables are stiff, the brake pads are dry. Brakes rub/stick/barely work

choices:
>steal the tires and shifters and junk the rest
>sell it/give it away as is with non-functioning brakes
>service the brakes properly at cost and sell it
1 makes most sense because I always have a use for good cond tires but i'm scrapping a complete bike which is wasteful
2 I feel bad about this because people deserve bikes that work
3 means wasting time and losing money
