Any of you ever had a Retul fit, if so how much improvement did you see? I'm considering getting one even though I'm sure my fit is close to perfect. My thighs start to hurt pretty quick on climbs though I think it's normal. It's just I don't feel like I have any power and I get rather sleepy on rides, maybe it's factors not related to the bike, I really don't eat as much as I should.
I'm just concerned about driving the 2hr to the nearest location and barely any changes are made then I have to start accessing other factors though if they really don't make changes then maybe I won't be charged as much.
pic is my ride today, pretty normal. I would like to get my avg speed up to 20mph and maybe a professional fit will get me there.
