Maybe smaller cities. In this day and age of small commuter airplanes that can fly 4,000 nautical miles and of course the age of the internet we really don't need big gargantuan tentacle cities anymore. We can kind off live in the middle of nowhere now. We don't have to move to places like silicon valley, push up the prices of homes to where only the rich can live. Which is what San Francisco has become.
