so yesterday i helped stop a bike robber near my house. thing is i got an injury in my fat toe, pic related. dont really know what happened there as that kind of stuff happens fast,maybe i got stomped or maybe i hitted some steel or somthin hard. well its not broken but it is inflamated (i took right away a desinflammatory and applied ice to the zone).
so today i have trainning planned... kind of important cause i have a cool group ride on saturday,but its just that, a good training ride with a group i just joined.
its just the toe thats inflamated..i know its not serious but it is inflamated, bothers when walking...question is, as pedaling force isnt made with the toe but with the part of the foot where the pedal axis go.. should i just go ride and say fuck it? obviously toe is gonna ave force here and there. will that fuck up the desinflammatory process? or maybe even help it? like having blood flowing here and there..or should i just rest and let it go ?
