There will still be rules in Ancapistan, but how those rules are derived will differ. Property owners that actually have skin in the game, will be the ones making the rules instead of a bunch of entitled peasants thinking they have a right to get a heart transplant when they want it, and ruining the economy with Keynesianism.
also note that how exactly property treaties will be derived is highly speculative but it stands that at some point there would have to be collective decision making, and it's better that property owners get to do it as they are less likely to be retards and if they fuck up one community you can move to a new one instead of the federal government fucking up the entire country!
