>>1703137I got it out by using a dremel to grind slots in the bolt and it eventually started turning out of the rivnut so I was able to unscrew it by hand. Thought I was going to have to grind the whole thing until I could push it into the frame but the rivnut is still good. Not trying to blog post just thought it might be helpful for someone else.
