not really sure if somethings wrong with me, but no/limited carbs and cycling hasnt been very fun if im honest. I feel like when im out of juice im really just out, bonked twice just this week on easy 10mile rides.
do i continue my low carb scheme to not feel like garbage, and sacrifice my cycling gains?
