Thieves in big cities will see a nice bike in a rack that is too visible/public to steal during the day, so they throw an old lock on it (sometimes they lock a junky bike to it as well, to make it look like an accident). Then the Lycra fag comes to get bike, but it’s locked, so he’s forced to leave it overnight, expecting the other person will unlock their bike by then. Then the thieves come back at like midnight, take off their lock, and cut through the Lycra fags lock, and making off with his bike
