>>1939974Hello bike people. I suppose I am a "bike person" myself, even if not much of one. I certainly am a newfag here, so forgive me. I seek your wisdom regarding bikes. I try to go on a bike ride every three to four days, and I usually try to make sure it's as much of a challenge as possible. I do this not because I am into biking, although I do like it, but because I want to increase my cardio vascular endurance and leg strength. I want to know if there are any advanced techniques to increase the gains I can get from cycling. I currently can do 30 km in ~1.5 hours comfortably and without having to exert myself too much (if there's not a head wind that is). And I can do a 60-70 km regularly, although after 60+ km my legs hurt like a motherfucker the next day. I have a month old cube bicycle MTB hardtail with swapped pedals, but idk what the model is, it's pretty fast, much faster than my btwin rockrider i had for 6 years before, that one had insane resistance, the bearings were actually chipped and fucked from the riding. Pls give me delicious wisdom, you assuredly experienced fucks.
TLDR; Just turned 19, want massive quads and godly endurance, give advice.
Picrel is my quads (flexed, not pumped, 20% body fat)
