It's actually not a shitty bike. It looks relatively nice.
Obviously you should sell it and get something bigger, but actually, stupidly undersized beaters with meme front ends are kinda based. The handling will be totally fucked and it won't be nice to ride fast down a steep hill, but it could actually be really fun still.
and your cables look quite long so you can probably do it without recabling. Buy some retarded wide risey swoopy bars off aliexpress like pic related or a more meme variant. You need 25.4 clamp not 31.8. Preferably silver. For the ~$40 all together you spend you can tack that on the price if you don't like it and sell it.
and yeah, get a wtb volt or some not granny tier saddle. And some grips. And check that stem is safely installed. If it's too low or too high in your headtube it will be very dangerous.
