>>11660601. Loosen caliper mounting bolt enough to be loose but solidly held on. Apply brakes and tighten mounting bolt while brakes applied. Check brake actuation.
2. Use screw labeled 2 to fine tune brake actuation. I always forget which way brings which side closer but twist it a turn, then check actuation. Your goal here is to have both pads touch at the same time without bending the wheel when you apply the brake.
3. Adjust brake pad alignment to brake track, don't forget to toe in
4. Adjust cable tension so it feels right
5. Check and test everything. Go back to step 1 to recenter or move the caliper itself to center if needed. Brakes like to fuck themselves and require unfucking maintenance from time to time.
