Especially with how good this current generation of drivetrains is (SX/NX/GX excluded, of course).
I have a Deore M5100 1x11 groupset on the way that I'm tossing on my partner's Trek Xcaliber. She's gonna be stoked.
The new Campy group looks awesome too. The gearing and making the cassette out of steel were smart moves. I think I'll end up using it for my gravel grinder/parkway bike I'm planning on building up early next year.
