They are expensive ($65 for the pair) but the autoseal valve allows you to dump a huge amount of water down your throat rapidly without dealing with a cap, or a straw or any other bullshit.
Also, whatever you put in these will stay cool for HOURS. I ride in 105F+ heat index daily for the past month or so (it's cooled a bit recently thankfully) and 2 full bottles of this with about half ice in each will last the my entire 2 hour ride and still be cold near the end.
