because of that it's almost impossible to accurately draw out a sensible bus map that works with both city streets and train routes.
things are only made more confusing by the fact that the purple line trains aren't even really MBTA.
now, this one attempts to be a time based map and a roughly geographically accurate map as well, and so it feels a little off. it's also missing all the non rail stuff.
