How many miles/km do you cycle per week, and what's your max comfortable ride?
I am, I assume, a casual cyclist. I don't really know anything about bikes, other than I enjoy riding mine. I ride probably 10 - 20 miles a week on average, and can fairly comfortably ride about 20 miles in a single ride before I feel pretty tired (usually with a ~15 min break in the middle).
I would like to push that higher, say 30 miles. Is there a best way to go about this?
My time is limited, so if adding additional short rides (~5 miles) into my weekly total would help, instead of finding the time for additional longer rides, it would be a good thing. My gut says that I just need to try and do longer rides though.
