Thinking about buying my first bike. Aimming for an Endurance road bike and I'm thinking of either Canyon Endurace or Trek Domane (AL frames). There are lots of hills around me (most are like 5-15% grad). Is there going to be a huge difference for me between Sora, Tiagra, or 105 groupset for climbing? The Trek Domane AL 3 - 5 look like almost identical components outside of the groupset yet the price difference is like $700 between the Sora and 105.
