the noteworthy thing about that bike is that it has an aluminium fork, ie, it will have a harsh ride. Good road bikes have chromoly steel or carbon forks, not aluminium, 'alloy' or hiten steel. Road bikes have quite narrow tires so they rely on the fork for ride quality.
So basically, it's a shit tier frameset.
The other noteworthy thing is it's got a single front chainring, but put into a system designed for 2 front chainrings. (1x systems designed for 1x have very wide cassettes at the back to compensate) So it doesn't have wide gears. basically making it only suitable for more relaxed flatland riding. You almost wonder at that point, why have drop bars at all. It doesn't not make sense, but it's not a road bike that would be suited for really what i consider road riding.
the fact it has a claris shifter and derailer (only one though) at that price point, is its strong point. That's good spec.
I also don't like it because i think the matte black colour is really ugly.
I would really suggest bumping your price up to 600-800 to get a carbon fork and a more complete claris/sora groupset. Or looking at more casual kinds of bikes or used bikes. But if you like that one, it could be worse.
