just keep in mind that the longer stems can run into something of a minimum hight,
either the lower bearing cup or where the steering tube of the fork gets a thicker wall section and smaller inner diameter.
@ max hight only about an inch of the quill is in the steering tube and the expander wedge is very close to the upper bearing cup
and you'll likely need new cables and outers to get the routing long enough to form a smooth arc
if you put the bars higher it has much the same effect as putting them closer to your torso
what type of handle bar do you plan to fit ?
the 40 mm 30 degree stem may place a flat bar too close to your knees, or a bar with set back would be too far back and mess up the steering / castor effect
