If around here had as many asphalted paths as the US maybe I'd more likely consider things with small wheels legitimate transportation, but around here there's so much paving slabs, cobbled sidewalks and straight up century old cobblestone roads that it's nearly impossible to get around with any wheels smaller than 20 inches, and even bicycles are really uncomfortable on some of these roads.
