On top is what it looks like right now. 162 houses in a maze-style where there's no good way for a bus to service the area.
On the bottom is a different way you could have structured the same area. Now it holds 224 homes, has 2 massive parks, and a center road where a bus could service the entire area quite easily.
Not a single pod tower or bug dispenser required.
