PROFESSIONAL CLIMBING TIP: On sustained climbs get out of the saddle every few minutes for at least a few seconds to stretch your casual baby muscles. Feels good man.
Even when I'm commuting on a road bike I get out of the saddle for a little for no good reason at all. Sometimes it's just fun and feels good.
Anyways, if you're on a MTB or hybrid, just stay seated and keep your cadence below 40 and just fuck your line up all over the place, senpai.
