>>1890618are you unfamiliar with / wilfully misunderstanding The Onion's catchphrase headline regarding mass shootings (a horror in itself). because otherwise i can only assume you're saying that 'gigantic trainload of hazardous waste derails, catches fire, news bulletins contain the phrase GRAVE DANGER OF DEATH and PLEASE ENSURE ANYONE YOU KNOW HERE HAS EVACUATED' is somehow equivalent to the picture attached to this post, which is the relevant content on the page you mention on the pdf you linked. which is ridiculous, because *of course* nobody sane would put 'train striking animals' and 'train striking other objects' (presumably lineside debris etc, given the high-risk events were striking other trains and road-going vehicles) on the same level as 'gigantic trainload of hazardous waste derailing and catching fire'.
