>>1522714Here's an interesting one. The Lord Clive class monitors built by the Royal Navy had a narrow gauge rail line on their stern decks. The purpose of this tiny railway was to cart the immense 18" shells and propellant charges from their ammunition racks on the deck to the gunhouse. You can see the loop with turnout going all the way around the 18" mount.
