It's a boat that in racing configuration used 11 crew, so not for the feint hearted, but with proper weather routing, easily doable as the V60 is an absolute peach to sail, fingertip control and super easy to reef and sail change.
Me and my crew mates were 27, 28 and 22 at the time, but we'd all literally sailed since being born and had 50K+ blue water miles each. Easy enough to run a rotating watch of 4/4/4 3/3/3/3 with three crew, so you're continually getting an extra hour of sleep every third day.
