I want fenders for my mountain bike, which has 27.5" x 2.3" tires. The closest I can find is 650b x 60mm fenders (

But 60 mm = 2.3622 in, so shouldn't they actually be wide enough? Do 27.5" x 2.3" full fenders even exist? Do I have no choice but to get "half fenders" instead (
