Got a great deal on a trek. First decent bike I've had, but unfortunately it's a bit too tall for me. Been tinkering with it trying to make it "fit me," but aside from chopping it down I don't think there's much to do. I'm pretty new here at /n/, as I always thought it was just train shit, but after a while of lurking I kept running into the slammed stem shit. So I have a question. Couldn't I technically reverse this stem, and use it "upside down"? How would I go about slamming a stem on a bike like this too? It's just all because I've noticed that in properly fitted bikes, the saddle is higher than the handlebar, and I have my saddle almost at the lowest possible position and I still can't touch the ground flat. So this would be sort of a compromise in my eyes to get the "proper" form on my bike.
