I started with liftan many years ago (9? 10?) stopped for a few years too in between bec with school and work it got too busy. I like my downtime more than anything else.
Now I am unemployed so I ended up losing a bunch of weight (60 lbs) and the past two months I've been focusing on body recomp.
Its all about priorities, I got burnt out trying to lift and juggle work and school. I kept beating myself up for it to. Focus on your priorities even if that means not doing xyz physical activity. Your mental health is more important desu.
With working out I can keep higher candence on higher gears which means more power/ watts. With baiku I can breeze through back to back heavy sets because my cardiac system is ace
