How do they expect people to ever make the jump to eco mobility if the laws are absolutely pants on head retarded? You won't get anyone to stop using a car if you only allow 250w e-ASSIST bikes that are dangerously slow in traffic. You'd be even almost twice as fast if you were just pedaling. There's literally no reason to get an e bike with those laws. GG, ecofags.
