Clean the frame really well then turtle wax it. That will bring the paint up better, and protect the frame. It looks really good.
Pour a small bowl of kerosene and rags + toothbrushes first, for grime, then use a bucket of hot water + dish soap.
Then you put turtle wax on a rag, rub it all over, let it dry in the shade, then buff it with a microfibre towel.
It's easier with a stripped frame but still doable with a built up bike.
