My next question is about the handlebar. It feels narrow, but is that normal? I've only ridden it once but are they supposed to be this narrow for road bikes?
Can I get a wider one and it would work just the same? What should I look out for if I spot a few of those in the wild market?
There's a lot of electric tape on this one. I don't know why it looks so shitty but I bought new tape so should I replace what I'm seeing here? Kind of hesitant to unravel it and the whole fucking thing comes apart. I don't have replacement handlebar tape right now so I don't want to do that but I could add some more so it looks pleasing.
Also a question: Do people put bells on these? I don't see any and I bought some normal marketplace one and it won't fit to the thick bars. Where the fuck do I put a bell on this shit? Are there accessories you guys suggest or are road bikes such memes people don't install anything on them to keep the weight down? I don't mind a heavy bike since I like a bit of a push on a slower pace.
